There are three types of service models which include Software-as-a-service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and Infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS).
What is Mobile computing?
Mobile computing is a computing technology that allows a user to transmit audio, video, messages, and files to other mobile devices over the internet. The key features of mobile computing include portable, more minor, wireless computing devices that are connected over a network.
Mobile devices are highly portable and affordable for ordinary people. And the data is accessible to everyone; people can work from their homes anytime. The user has access to large amounts of information and can learn anything and do anything at any time.
Difference between Mobile Computing and Cloud Computing
Mobile computing devices are highly portable and can often fit in your hand. Mobile devices like tablets, e-readers, and smartphones are powerful enough to do the things that can be done on desktop or laptop computers through mobile cloud services. But then, cloud computing services are not as portable as mobile computing. The data structure is often designed to fit a particular form of application processing and cannot be portable to other devices or places.

Data security is still a significant concern and is the main obstacle preventing cloud computing from being more widely adopted. The security measures taken by both platforms are Multi-factor authentication, Data encryption, and Internal firewalls for individual applications are the methods taken to avoid data theft; Maintaining a solid cloud security posture helps organizations to achieve secure business needs.
Scalability is the feature of cloud computing used to handle a growing workload. We can increase or decrease resources to meet changing demands of the business. All the extra features are taken care of by the auto-scaling property of the cloud. On the other hand, mobile computing is not scalable.
While enterprises and companies mostly employ cloud computing, mobile computing is primarily a consumer-facing service. Cloud computing has advantages for individuals and businesses, but some of the most sophisticated and cutting-edge cloud computing services are geared toward businesses.

In comparison, mobile cloud computing has service models such as public, private, and hybrid.
