As a Back-End Developer, you will be given these responsibilities:

Scope

Increasing numbers of people are using mobile devices to access content in the modern world. Conventional websites are being updated to be mobile screen-friendly. The need to simultaneously work on a website’s front and back end to ensure that it looks good on all screens and is engaging enough for mobile users marks a turning point for web developers. Significant web design, development, and marketing changes will occur over the next few years, with a greater emphasis on mobile screens.

The maintenance of the system that is visible on the front end is the future scope of the back-end developer. They must ensure that these mobile apps’ database management system is built with scalability in mind because more and more mobile apps are released each year.

Tasks for a back-end developer also include

Data integration- which entails compiling information from various sources and integrating it with the relevant databases.

Shell Scripting – Shell scripting’s primary function is automating server-side tasks. It can communicate with other programming languages, between systems, upgrade software, and more.

Advanced Performance – This entails enhancing the performance of databases by adjusting database settings or by putting in place caching strategies, which are much faster than lookups.
